10k run

I have signed up for a 10k in November. Has anyone got any training tips? I went for a jog last night and managed 0.7km before i had to start walking.

Has to be couch to 5k. Then migrate to couch to 10k if you needed to.

Local parkrun too mate. It’s 5k but a really good weekly free event that’s something to use to work up to your 10k
