Had another awful day today, had a few cakes after someone’s birthday at work. My day consisted of loads of bad C words, chocolate, cake, crisps and crap!! After football I went to BK and got a burger too so all in all a bad day, but due to me not eating much recently it shouldn’t be too bad… at least that’s how I’m trying to justify it!
I always buy the lower fat one from Tesco or Asda, normally about 30%. Tried the 50% one that Asda do but it wasn’t to my liking.
keep pushing through - set yourself 260 as a short-term target. ignore the 264 - if you’re eating well and under you calorie count you wont even notice as you blitz past it.
