Folks use this one for our weigh ins. I’m not up on excel but you can set up your own post and amend as you weigh. Weight only and discussion on the challenge post.

You can post weekly and keep an eye or do a post and amend as you weigh. Some people liked to put it in the format of the groups weigh in thread. Anyone any good with a spreadsheet can record would be good. @rkr786 was excellent last time but can’t expect him in this unless he wants to.
