A Sunny Week 8!

We are enjoying the lovely weather at the moment :sunny:, why not make the most of it by exercising more outside, heres a couple of suggestions… going for a walk/jog (increases steps as well as burning calories).
make up a HIIT Routine/circuit for the garden or over the park (you dont even need any equipment just high intesnse exercises which will increase the heart rate while burning fat):sweat::muscle::running_man:
