Lol, literally me.
I’ll even be running on Xmas morning, for sure.
I have the in-laws over for Christmas. Definitely going out for a few bike rides. Many, many bike rides.
I have done my Christmas eve 6k run and if my sleeping pattern doesnt improve them I plan to go out Christmas morning maybe for a shorter distance but higher intensity, just to get the lungs burning.
Then every 2 days I will be out to try and limit the damage.
