There's no denying that some of his workouts, especially the "advanced" ones, leave you crawling on the floor.
I like the fact they are short, which makes me want to do them - just curious if they're worth the effort (and the pain) or would an old fashioned jog be better.
From my own notes, so excuse the spelling/grammer, here is one of his Facebook Tabata sessions that I like to do. You can either do them along with him on the video or, as i prefer, write them down, use a tabata timer app on your phone and listen to music instead.
20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
30 seconds rest after each pair of exercises in this format - A, A, A, A, B, B, B, B, Rest, C, C, C, C, D, D, D, D, Rest....
High knees - 4 x 20 Seconds Work
Mountain climber plank with alternate knees to elbow - 4 x 20 Seconds Wok
Rest 30 seconds.
Burpee into squatted bicep curl (feet to come up inline with elbows) x 4
Squat into alternate hayemaker x 4
Press up position, jump legs apart, jump legs together, jump legs to chest, then back out x 4
2 side steps touch floor, back and forth x 4
Squat jumps x 4
Shoulder width tricep pushups on knees x 4
Press up position crab walk side ways, keep core straight, chest over hands x 4
high knees & alternate high arms x 4
Pike press - ups (wide legs, leaning over shoulders, arched back - using shoulders) x 4
Tuck jumps x 4
