Evening, all. Weigh day tomorrow and my scales have shown a gain since Friday. Fingers crossed that goes; I avoided breakfast to reduce calories and tried to eat a lower amount of carbs today.

L: Soup and salad.
D: Sweet potato pakora wrap, 2 boiled eggs with spinach.
S: N/A
E: 11k steps.
W: Over 5 litres.

I’m a well-old, and well oiled, old codger but I have lovely curly locks and decent hairline…I have wonderful nuts, but you’re going to have to take my word for that :joy::joy:.
