Been for a 3km run before West Ham vs Liverpool. Includes a couple of creme eggs & (the still to eat) dinner of mackerel salad followed by oppo ice cream.

Evening, all. Another good day although felt like I shouldn’t eat dinner after the carb heavy day I’ve had with weigh in tomorrow. In fairness, I’m not even that hungry and I’ve had a big skinny latte recently which filled me up.

B: 1 slice of dry brown toast, beans and cheese.
L: Soup, falafel salad wrap with sweet potato fries.
D: N/A
S: N/A
E: 12k steps.
W: Over 4 litres.

I’ve not hit 12k steps yet, but I’ve written it down so I will hit it before bed! Only 350 left to get which will take one walk up and down the hotel corridor.

All the best for weigh in tomorrow everyone. If you’re disappointed, don’t be, you can get back on track and reverse the damage easily.

Started off badly but made up for it.

Breakfast; porridge
Lunch; half an avocado on toast but I did snack on a slice of cake at work!
Dinner; just had a 5% fat burger in a sandwich thin thing with onions and mayo.

As usual played MVF football tonight.

Stayed with my calorie budget after managing to control myself proving that you can have your cake and eat it too (sorry I couldn’t resist!)


Breakfast protein shake, lunch and dinner left over stew, snacks tomatoes.

Had a really good session in the gym today, it’s coincided with having had extra protein the last few days, could be a coincidence but hopefully it’ll continue!


Sounds decent. I been tryna think of a way how 2 do a healthier burger lol


Just went back through my Facebook posts for burgers and pizza.

Both came in under 400 calories…

The key with the burger is to use a decent burger with very little fat, so you are maximising the protein and minimising the empty calories.

So @Josh is spot on with the 5% fat burger.
