I’m on my feet, not exactly running around but getting there. Post-op swelling around the joint needs to go down before I get full movement back but I’m getting a few extra degrees of bend every day.

I guess 4 days in hospital can be good for weight loss - 4.4lbs this week. My goal in the final week of the challenge is the hit the 30lbs lost and break through the 300lb barrier. 1.8lbs to go.
