Chocolate porridge

Got a bit bored with plain porridge so tried this today and it worked a treat:

30g organic oats
1 tsp cocoa powder
0.5 tsp cinnamon
2 soft dates, snipped into pieces with scissors

Stir together the oats, cocoa and cinnamon in a large microwaveable bowl and add water.

Cool for 3 mins in the microwave (stop and stir after 2 mins).

Stir in the chopped dates, allow to cool slightly and enjoy.

196 calories. (Adjust this if you use milk).
