Cockburn League Week 3

Hey Guys

Congrats to Black and Blue for the wins on the pitch this week and well done to all of you that have continued on your weight loss journey, a few players gained a little weight this week but nothing to stress over.

The league total weight loss is 26.90kg thus far, with Fat in Black in the lead with 10kg lost to date (they do have a few extra players )

Leaders in each team for this week are:

Zahedi (Orange)2.8kg
Richard (Blue) 1.6kg

Some of you aren’t bringing in your food diaries so I won’t be able to award points to you if you loose weight that week, so make sure to bring them down so we can see what challenges you are facing in the food department each week.

A common theme would be not enough vegetables. For men aged 19-50, we want to aim for 6 serves per day. What is a serve? its half a cup of cooked vegetables or 1 cup of raw/salad.

If you don’t get any at breakfast , that means making sure your getting 2-3 serves or 1+1/2 cups of cooked veggies at lunch and then 1+1/2 to 2 cups at dinner.
