Merry Christmas everyone! On behalf of everyone here at MVF, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. Thank you for all of your contributions this year and a massive well done for your weight loss efforts throughout the year, it has been incredibly inspiring to see so many people working tirelessly on their goals and achieving great results.
