Weight: 198.6 lbs (down 3.4 from yesterday!..more of the anomaly of weight-gain last week through poor choices as I attempted to 'eat my way out of a cough/cold). Down 6.4 lbs from start of challenge)

Feeling: Disgruntled. Sugar levels all wrong and it became only too evident 20 minutes into what was to be a minimum one hour cycle…followed by Concept 2 row. In the end bailed out on half an hour and under-target 17,000 metres.
