Diet thing

Hello i am trying 2 do a diet i call it keeping it simple…cos i dont like diets what u hav 2 spend all day doin complicated maths n science 2 figure it out cos i dont think i can do it long term

Its abit like calorie counting without the counting as in i just try not to eat to much so i know it wont b much calories. If am gona hav a high calorie meal i make up 4 it by not eating much else that day or cut down beforw/after. My main guide is hunger. If im abit hungry some of the time that seems righr but if im too hungry i try 2 eat something so its not to extreme. Does ne1 else do a diet like this. Iv not been on it long but it seems to help
