Don't lose sight of what's worked in the past


Funny how easy it is to forget what works.

Been struggling past few days against evening biscuit temptation. Then yesterday, someone wise (possibly one of my group) mentioned how well it was working for him to maintain optimum hydration and how he’d used that during previous healthy eating success but lost sight of it.

Same here, only my forgetfulness involves high cocoa solids dark chocolate to keep after-tea cravings at bay. Early days - day one actually - but it’s working. Happy day.
