Eat when I’m bored

Just joined from Twickenham and looking to lose weight sensibly. Currently 238 pounds (17 Stone), would like to get down to about 14 stone, 196 pounds.
I’m 52 years old, and despite until recently I’ve cycled almost 2000 miles this year, as I do Sportives and club rides. Legs are strong, upper body rubbish. Currently undergoing physio for pain in right knee, so will join the club as a non-playing member initially.

Hi, I lost weight just by eating 3 meals a day, nothing in between and nothing after 20.00 hrs. Do not drink lemonade , this is not so hard and it will help.
