Exercise accountability?

Hi all,

Exercising on my own (home gym) has proven dificult in the unappealing cold winter months and I’ve become lazy(er).
Lack of accountability (ie verbal abuse from peers when being a wimp) is the problem.

I can’t be the only one struggling with this.

How do we fix it?

Basically a MVFIA for exercise?
WhatsApp group type thing?

Ideas on a postcard!

Has it affected your weight loss?

(Consider that weight loss is 80% what you put in your mouth & only 20% exercise really.)

Never needed a MVFIA personally but I always envisaged that they discussed exercise in them too…

Theres a thread on here called DSED 2019: Do Something Every Day 2019. I dont contribute on it but read it occasionally, I that should give you what youre looking for

Hi @JPLANT, I’ve created a row for you in the March tab. You should be able to access the sheet from the original DSED post.

NOTE: You can’t edit from an iOS device unless you have the (free) Google Sheets app. You need to access from a PC or Mac if you don’t.
