Does anyone use a fitness tracker to aid them. Although I don’t swear by it I feel a competitive edge to beat my friends on fitbit
I use an old smart watch called the Pebble 2. I don’t use it for more then step counting, but I do use it in general. I just don’t incorporate it into my calorie counting. Simply put, I just keep track of my weekly step count, and try to get over 35k a week.
I use a Garmin Forerunner 735xt. Love it
I use a Garmin Vivoactive 3.
