I did a dry Jan, well from the 3rd to the 27th. Since then alcohol consumption has been creeping up, so yes, dry May started today!
Exercise - no swimming at the minute, getting physio for a damaged tendon in my shoulder. Running has been intermittent. Nothing for nearly a month, but starting again this week. Just lost my way for whatever reasons. Want to get back on it though....and like you, I want that 60 lb badge!! Well done again! That's a great achievement.
