Hi I am sorry guys to spam this forum I am just not in a good place I want to loose weight the want is there but I seem to habit eat. I find my meals are fine it’s what I eat in between. Does anyone else habit eat or use to and what do people do or have done to cope with it?
I used to just eat for the sake of it. I never felt full. Sometimes after a McDonald’s big meal I’d have went and had a sandwich or cereal. Was never happy.
