Been really busy and forgot to weigh in this morning.

Slight gain that was expected this week, but have actually lost a stone overall since July when I changed jobs.

D: Cheese, tomato and cucumber sandwich with mayonnaise.
S: Egg and cress sandwich, 4 crumpets with Biscoff spread.

Daughter up for a few days. KFC Sunday evening, 3 course meal yesterday afternoon, yet still triggered a 0.2kg loss at MvF weigh in last night.

Yet up just over 1lb on morning weights, it’ll come off soon enough again.

No snacks has got to be good, right?

Just want to apologise. I’ve been totally off the wagon and so busy with work etc that I’ve let that turn into an excuse.
Back on it this week, doing well. Way too late for the challenge but well up for the next one if one is happening.
