B: Egg mayo sandwich, Kind bar.
L: Soup, vegetable frittata and salad.
D: 3 veggie sausages, mash, broccoli, gravy
S: Boost protein bar, peanut butter.
E: Over 14k steps.
W: Over 7 litres + black decaf coffee.

So ronery.

L: Falafel and hummus wrap, Indian crisps.
D: 3 veggie sausages, mash, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, gravy.
S: N/A
E: Over 13k steps.
W: Over 5 litres + bonfire latte.


B: Wicked Kitchen wrap, apple and grapes, 2 boiled eggs.
L: 2 protein flapjacks.
D: Mozzarella and tomato wrap, protein bar, protein milkshake.
S: Protein flapjack.
E: 11 a side football (over 16k steps).
W: Over 6 litres, black americano, bonfire spiced skinny latte, Relentless sugar free.

Been ill over the weekend into today, my calorie counts look terribly low but been in bed since yesterday afternoon.

Saw a low weighin this morning, will hopefully see 5% at MvF later.

Only good thing about sickness is the calorie deficit! Hope you’re better soon, mate.

S: Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut.

24 hour bug to be fair, hence I ate lunch yesterday then nothing. Have eaten this evening now up to just over 1700 calories.

Smashed through the 5% at MvF, needed 1kg, lost 1.6kg. This morning was even lower (101.5kg / 223.76lbs).

Think it’s just you & me at the moment!

I started a lot of times, little steps and I kinda lost motivation over time because I dont have time. I know thats not right, but I found this “code” as they say and Im losing weight. Soo, not very proud of myself but at least Im gonna get to my goal, to lose weight.

Down to 101kg/222.66lbs. That’s just over 1lb off since Monday morning, now at approx 8lbs down for the challenge.
