Hi all - newbie here


Hi everyone,

So, I am at the heaviest I have ever been and I need to change this so I am here looking to get some accountability and share the journey with likeminded people.

The football isn’t for me just yet.

I’m 270lbs now, which is scary for me.

I am in the process of moving home, and I have bought a smart trainer for my road bike and some dumbbells.

I’ve downloaded my fitness pal and logging all my food - 1790 per day is my goal.

I go on holiday 30th July - and I would love to lose 3 stone by then.

plenty of advice and help to be found on the site. I would take a look at your local football league , the 30 day groups and maybe get involved on the DSED thread (do something every day) basically a spreadsheet to give a bit of accountability.

Not too bad I don’t think !

I haven’t weighed myself yet but I certainly feel a bit flatter !
