I’ve been tracking my body fat % using the US Navy fat calculator. I’ve got calipers but I’m so awful at using them I’ve given up. I measure my waist around my belly button which probably gives me my worst case scenario. However I see that a lot of people recommend measuring about 2cm above this point. If I do this I lose about 2 percentage points off my body fat percentage, which is great, but is it accurate?
Totally upto you mate, just make sure it’s the same place each time
I know, but dropping 2% body fat instantly is very gratifying.
