Intensive easy to do work out at home


Hey All,

Just wanted to share some excercises I picked up at a Bootcamp, and have found them really useful! High intensity, 15-20 minutes, and no gear required:

I’ve been doing this 3 times a week, and finding it really helpful at building up core strength. Really easy to track progress, and the workout is built around your starting ability.



Is it me or do you have to sign up to download that video? If that’s the case I’d suggest people would be better served by getting any 1 of the 10,000 or so circuit classes on YouTube.
