It's January, you want to make a change but you don't know where to start

If you’re still digesting the Christmas cake and wondering why you had so many sherries over the Christmas period then you might have found your way to MAN v FAT through a google search like:

If you’re new here and wondering how to get going then this is a good place to start. I just wanted to welcome you personally and tell you a couple of things about MAN v FAT.

First of all - we don’t have a diet. We’re not pushing paleo, shilling Slimming World or carping about carbs. We believe that you can lose weight in any number of ways and that it’s up to you to choose how you do it.

Secondly - what we do here is support you. The idea is quite simple - we cheer you on. We celebrate all of your victories and we ask that you do the same of the other guys on the site.
