Lo Dough


Anyone tried Lo Dough yet? It’s all over Facebook like a rash and at £5 for two pieces (looks big enough to make a pizza base) it’s a bit pricey but if it tastes good and gives us pizza for 40 calories then I’m all over it.


Ingredients: Water, Wheat fibre (gluten free), Dried Free Range Egg White, Stabiliser (E464), Konjac Flour, Psyllium Husk Powder, Salt.

So…you could try to make your own with flour and egg whites? And I BET you have some psyllium husk languishing in the back of your kitchen cupboard!


I thought it was very poor value when a tortilla wrap layered with a sauce base, veggies & protein & topped with a little low fat cheddar gives a pizza hit for under 400 calories.

Anything under 400 calories for each of your 3 meals and a couple of snacks & you lose weight.
