First time poster, glad to have found this community. I had been obese till 26, when I finally got my act together and started losing weight through exclusively cardio and diet. Fast forward nine years later, and I’m 143 pounds with a BMI of 20.6 (down from 34.7).
Unfortunately, my stomach and manboobs aren’t quite where I want them to be. While planning today, I took some photos - grateful if you could tell me whether it looks like fat or loose skin? I did not do any strength exercise, so my weight loss was not accompanied by muscle building.
