Meat Marinara Sauce

My dad recently put together a recipe for meat marinara sauce. And it came out pretty good, so I thought I’d share the ingredients he used here.

2 tbs of vegetable oil
1 onion, medium size
1lbs of Ground Beef
1 tsp of raw garlic
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
10.8 oz of water
2 cans of Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup.

He didn’t share the prep work with me, but I’m guessing he diced the onions, then cooked them and browned the meat at the same time. Finally, he added the remaining ingredients to a pot, and cooked them. Also, the way I got that measurement of water was him saying he just filled a can with water, and added it in.

According to my fitness pal, when I guessed this served 6, it was 257 calories a serving. With 15.8 grams of carbs, 12.8 grams of fat, and 17.4 grams of protein.
