BTW, to to clarify for the MVF guys, this training is nutrition based via science, math & tracking, so anyone taking part will need to use myfitnesspal or a similar app.

RE-LAUNCHING the 'FREE 12 Week Live Trainer!'
We ran the 'Free 12 week live trainer' last year with a group of about 10 guys, and it went AWSOME, with some amazing results!
It'll be in a private FB group, with a small group of guys to support each other, with nutrition & training instructions to follow each week
I'll be teaching people:
1.How fat loss really works (the science)
2.How, what, when & how much you need to eat to lose fat (the math)
3. Cardio and optional strength training instructions (if you don't want to do any kind of strength training, that's fine)
4. Live weekly updates & adjustemts based on your own personal results week to week
5. 24\7 support in the group or via personal message.
Just so we're 110% clear.... this training is specifically for the sole purpose of losing fat & getting lean!
