Moo Pad Krapow (Thai Stir Fry)



Ingredients for 4 portions

400g of Reduced fat pork mince
1 bag of Mange tout
1 punit of Mushrooms
1 bag of tender stem brocoli
3 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli
20 fresh Thai basil leaves
2 Onions
1/8 Cup of Black soy sauce
1/8 Cup of oyster sauce
Optional extra vegetables

  1. Crush 3 garlic cloves and 1 red chill into a paste using a pestle and mortar add to pan over a hot heat with a little spray of oil.

  2. Add mince and vegetable until the mince is cooked through.

  3. Add Thai basil leaves and both black soy and oyster sauce.

  4. Mix over a heat for a few minuets and serve with rice or noodles.


Think i’ll give this one a miss looks like a bowl of worms lol :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:


Haha it doesn’t look all that but it actually tastes really nice.


Should that not Mad Poo Krapow?
This looks like a dish I cooked last night, very similar ingrediants - I want to give this a try too.

Think I’ll give that a go this week, something a bit different to do with mince instead of endless rotations of bolognese and lasagne!
