HI guys new to this whole man vs fat but need some experts knowledge playing tonight felt my hamstring pop anyone got any experience on what stretches I should do for it? Also I suffer from a really bad cronic ankle athrits so struggle to do any exercise was wondering does any have any ideas what I could do that has low impact on my ankle but will help me loose the weight. Don’t have access to a gym I want to be able to do it outside or at home. Thanks in advance Alex
You’ve (partially) torn your hamstring mate, you need to rest it so it can recover/heal, so you can get active as fast as possible again
But to be honest, both senario’s are more for a physio than for me (a PT)
