Morning MVF members,
Found this site whilst feeling a bit fed up with my lack of motivation recently. I’ve got a big holiday coming up with my partner and I want to look and feel good for it, but I don’t understand why I always manage to make excuses when it comes to doing some exercise or manage to eat some junk food. I always feel bad after I’ve skipped a session or eaten some rubbish but the circle continues.
Hoping to get involved in a 30 day challenge soon - sounds like a great idea and something I’ve not tried before.
