So having moved to South Wales before lockdown and having only one train an hour to get me into work, finishing at 6 or 7pm, I have pretty much come to an exercise standstill. Leaving early enough for the train to work and getting back either 7:15 or 8:15 I am knackered by the time I get home. Can anyone help?
Is there anywhere you can exercise before you catch the train home? Get it done and dusted that end then you don’t need to worrying about finding your mojo when you get home.
