On holiday this week.

Unsure how that will impact the diet yet. But plan to have a starve day today.

Monday weigh in.
288 lbs today, another 2 pounds in a week and 12 in all.
Obviously slowed.

Aim to lose at least 2 more before the end to bring it to a nice round stone.
Exercise looking tricky this week. Might have to do the garden with the children.
There’s a trampoline out there somewhere.

lol, should focus more, but doing it before i rush to work.
