Pre and post workout food


so just wondering what people eat pre and post workout plan on doing 45-60 min session and always find am starving after was looking at carb killer ready made shakes and protein bar as usually go mid morning or around 130pm ish


I tend to have a few pieces of fruit before the workout and a cup of coffee. For some energy

Then after I either have a protein bar or a pint of semi skimmed milk .
