I have been diagnosed by my doctor of being prediabetic,
I have just about finished my first 30 day challenge and I’m doing well on the weight loss, but I was hoping to see if there was any advice on some of the best of foods or diets to help with this condition and ultimately to reverse the trend.
I understand the following foods are very good, but any advise would be very welcome - Thanks!
- rolled oats (not instant)
- stone-ground whole wheat bread
- non-starchy vegetables, such as carrots and field greens
- sweet potatoes
- pasta (preferably whole wheat)
