Rapid Weight Gain!

Thanks for that👍. Obviously the nature of my job doesn’t help. I start work between 21:00-22:00. I now have my dinner about 18:00 & take nothing to work apart from 2x500 ml bottles of water.
Also shopping wise I have started looking more at what i’m buying & labels. I have started not buying anything with red on the label in the Fat,Salt & sugars. I’ve started walking a hell of a lot more than I did. I take our dogs on a 45-60 min walk everyday. I have downloaded a fitness app which I do a 20 min high intensity workout. I’ve read so many peoples journeys on here that it just so inspirational. As you have said it’s about getting what is right for myself & pushing myself on the fitness side & being dedicated & dissaplined with the food side.
