I recently just started going to the gym to get into shape, i have finally managed to nail down a consistent routine of going 5 days a week
My routine at the moment include- everyday i start off with a minimum of HIT cardio
Mondays- Cardio- 1km on treadmill ( i try to push myself for new pb times everyweek), followed by abs
Tuesdays- Cardio- Arms
Wednesday- Cardio- Back or every 2nd week i do a 1km swim instead of going to the gym
Thursday- Cardio- Chest
Friday- Cardio- 10 minutes Stair Climber or Bike- Legs
just seeking advice as to weather this routine is good all-round
