I’m looking after my children for the school holidays which restricts my time/ ability to exercise. Am I alone in this? Have anyone else for any exercise hacks I can use, especially as a single dad.
Do activities that involve being on your feet all day. Even if it’s just walking.
Other than that, if mum is then home in the evening, go for a run then.
What do you do in term time?
I’ve got a similar concern. I’m away with the kids on my own for a few days and it’s going to be hard to fit in a run.
I’m hoping I can convince the kids to do a bike ride with me, but that will depend on the local roads I suppose - whether they’re safe enough etc.
Some exercise hacks would be really useful though!!
