So I don’t cook at all. I’ve tried a few times, and every time it just seemed like alot of work, for very little payoff. But I was just introduced to a cooking youtube channel, that makes 1-2 portion meals for under $2. And I wanted to share this channel with my fellow non-cookers.
I haven’t actually tried to enter any of these in my calorie calculator yet, but from what I’ve learned about nutrition so far, they seem pretty decent as far as lower calorie. Ofc I add, you should count them yourself. cause idk about the actual calorie counts.
Edit: look for a playlist called ‘struggle meals’. thats the vidoes I’m watching now. So far i’m 2 episodes in
