Does anyone have a good spreadsheet for tracking both weight and measurements? There are plenty of Apps for it but sometimes just a decent Excel spreadsheet seems to work better for me!
I have one that I built myself but I don’t if it is any good. It works for me but I don’t have any formula built in.
I have a starting weight, a weekly target and then an actual weight which I have to input manually. I have some daily goals and I have an exercise logger, a calendar for Body Combat and some diet stuff (counting calories etc…). I can send it to you and you can use/improve/bin it as you see necessary.
