Stretching / Body weight training



I’m currently under physio for a back problem (too stiff & too straight) which caused really bad pain in my thigh. I have a couple of exercises to loosen and stretch my back.

As swimming is my main activity I want to increase my overall flexibility & strength. I’ve not exercised for years, combine this with being overweight and I haven’t a clue when it comes to warming up / stretching & body weight exercises.

Can anybody give me an idea of basic workout to get me started.
