I’d got to just under 18 stone and knew I had to loose weight, again!!
Tried Weight Watchers and Slimming World and whilst I lost the weight, group sessions and being “scolded” if I put 1lb back on were really not my thing.
Somewhere along the line my wife had decided she needed to loose a few lb’s and a friend suggested The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
I’d heard of it so decided to try it.
WOW…First week I lost 8lb and then gradually lost weight (averaged about 2-3lb a week).
One of the key things about this diet was that we had our own consultant on a one to one basis.
While the weight dropped off our consultant suggested we became accredited 1:1 consultants ourselves.
We did this in April and are now offering the same 1:1 support to dieters in our area (Herts Essex border).
Meanwhile, with the process on 1:1 Diet to explain and work on maintenance programme to keep the weight off, I’ve maintained my weight around the 14 stone mark for the last 18 months.
