The Jellies!


Does anyone else get the Jellies . What I am finding is I am going for a good long walk in the morning and eating about 4-500 cals , Lunch about 500 again but in the afternoon I seem to get a feeling of weakness and a bit shaky . Arms feel like jelly and a craving to stuff a load of sweets into my gob . Drink lots of water about 3-4 liters per day .
I have only been at this for a couple of weeks so not sure if it is just the old body resisting .
Nothing very serious as in going to pass out or anything like that .

Anyone else ?


Probably just body adjusting but it might be worth starting taking a vitamin supplement just in case by reducing calories youve accidentally cut out something important.
