So as can be seen from the photos, despite being at a normal weight having lost 40lbs in a short timeframe about 2 years ago, I’ve been left with really stretchy skin that makes my thighs look really wide particularly from the side. What can I do ?
@maxnas May have some exercises you can do to tone this up. He’s the man for this kind of thing

I am in the same position following my weight loss.
Inner thighs are a particularly difficult area to target but I have reduced mine significantly by doing the following;
standing leg lifts

Sorry fellas but it’s outside of my scope of knowledge, the little I do know is that it seems to take time for the elesticity to come back (if it ever does fully) hydration plays a role & building new muscle tissue to ‘fill out’ those areas could help. But I’d seek advice from a specilist on this one lads
