Training to be a PT


So I am in the middle of training to be a pt and I know my fitness is key to this role so massive goal to achieve in my eyes over the course of the last 7 months I have been hitting the gym 3-5 times a week and have recently starting running I know I can do this its just motivation and staying on target I limit myself to 2 thousand cals per day over the course of the last couple of months I have been slipping however since june 2018 I have lost 2 stone.

Struggling to find motivation at the minute surely I’m not the only one :frowning:
Any diet tips would be greatly appreciated just dont seem to have the motivation I used to have hopefully its just a dry spell so to speak…

Any advice would be greatly appreciated…

When you say ‘diet tips’ what exactly are you looking for?

Different needs for different people, circumstances, preferences etc etc :slight_smile:
