I really admire those people who worked hard and are consistent in losing weight.
Unfortunately, it’s so hard for me guys.
But, I’m trying.
I’m inspired by reading some of the comments in this forum.
What’s the issue buddy? Not that I’m a fitness guru by any means but I’ve managed to shift just shy of 60lbs and back playing football at a pretty high standard locally and my fitness is higher than it’s been for 10 years, so if there is any advice I can offer mate or question you need help with I’ll be happy to help you?
