MAN v FAT Soccer UWA–Week 2!!!

What an exciting night it was! Brilliant performances from everyone during the game. Really liking the team bonding and strategy talks and lets keep the warm up’s happening before games.

Also keep bringing in your handbooks guys with details of what you have been eating to fuel your bodies throughout the week. As important as soccer is to improving your overall cardiovascular fitness, metabolism and sense of well being, the biggest changes on the weight scale occur off pitch in how you eat at home, at work and out and about. Think long term small sustainable changes in how you eat such as cutting out that extra piece of toast or having one less piece of chicken or chocolate muffin.
Making these small daily changes and sticking with it is key to your progress. There is no need for crash dieting or drastic changes to what you currently are used to. Small changes add up over the long term to big results that will last a lifetime.
