When the cauliflower is cool add the mozzarella, parmesan, salt and pepper and the egg and mix together and put into a baking tray covered in grease proof paper and pat into a 10 inch round circle. Spray with low cal and bake for 10-15 mins till golden.

When cooked spread the pasata over the base sprinkle the cheese over the pizza and put the cherry tomatoes and chopped garlic onto it. Sprinkle with the dried chillis. Then bake again for 10 mins. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil to finish.

Kacie’s Tip of the week :bulb:
Carrying on with the Pizza theme, there are many ways to make your favourite cheat meal a healthy treat. :pizza:
Here are a few…

  • Using Tortillas for the base (preferably wholemeal/seeded)

  • Gluten free bases are healthier than normal pizza bases

  • Rice Cakes, great to make mini pizzas

  • Go carb free and use Lettuce leaves as the base

  • Main thing is to try and make your own pizzas, that way all ingredients are fresh and natural, you know exactly what is going on the pizza.

Be great to see you all back next week, lets keep up the great work for the second half of the season. Still all to play for on and off the pitch!!:+1:
