Kacie’s Tip of the week
Carrying on with the Pizza theme, there are many ways to make your favourite cheat meal a healthy treat.
Here are a few…
Using Tortillas for the base (preferably wholemeal/seeded)
Gluten free bases are healthier than normal pizza bases
Rice Cakes, great to make mini pizzas
Go carb free and use Lettuce leaves as the base
Main thing is to try and make your own pizzas, that way all ingredients are fresh and natural, you know exactly what is going on the pizza.
Be great to see you all back next week, lets keep up the great work for the second half of the season. Still all to play for on and off the pitch!!
